Its taste is deep and bitter, which is why ours comes in capsules.

How to use
Each pouch is taken as on its own label: 3 capsules once or twice a day, with water, with or without food. Each capsule holds 400mg of extract. Reseal the pouches after use and keep them dry, away from sunlight and heat.
